Looking Forward with Hope and Intention
I am writing this blog post in the final hours of 2022 and - much like you - reflecting on what these past 12 months brought to us… Not everything has been good this past year in the world around us, including the brutal war that continues… On the positive side, there is beauty around us, beauty from the natural world and from the arts.
There are so many souls in the world that continue to act and fight to keep our world the rich and balanced system that it should be, with Nature prevailing; fighting for a healthier and more just world…
Knowing, reading about, meeting many of these beautiful souls who work for a better world gives me hope for 2023 and the years to come. I wish the great actions always surpass the bad ones in all local or global communities.
Very importantly, I remind myself that hope by itself would mean nothing without my own commitment to humbly continue to act and contribute to the world I want to have, a world I want to live in… Small actions from each of us translate into big Change…
I want these feelings and intentions to continue to inspire my artwork and the projects I am planning for the next few months.
Is there any intention that you have for the Next Year?
